Overview
Job Title: Spa Supervisor
Salary: $25.00/hr
Status: Full Time
Shift:Days Swings
With 30000 square feet of lavish space Spa Monarch offers exquisite treatments from around the world and a wide range of spa amenities including three coed lounges 8 luxurious treatment rooms an exceptionallyequipped Cardio Fitness Center yearround indoor whirlpools and atrium pool along with an outdoor pool and whirlpool.
Responsibilities
The Spa Supervisor will seamlessly assist the Spa team in:
- Overseeing the daily operations for the spa pool and fitness center.
- Trains coaches and and evaluates staff.
- Oversees the maintenance of the spa including overall cleanliness.
- Maintain current knowledge of all spa services pricings offerings schedules specials and other services provided at the spa
- Assists with retail and professional product orders.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years prior experience serving in a spa/salon facility. Preferably experience in highend spa/salon.
- Must possess exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Offer a topknotch guest service to all Spa Monarch guests and work closely with the staff.
- Must be able to step in as a Manager on Duty when needed.
