Job Description
A day in your role will involve any of the following (or a combination):
- Work within a timesensitive and demanding environment including setup and implementation of Syooks deployment plans for all direct deployments problem resolutions and customer support Pan India. Support crossfunctional teams in their day to day operations. E.g.: Support R&D teams with locating & testing new hardware prototypes. Manage end to end supply chain of product (including material and inventory management).
- Give impactful demos and presentations of our platforms to internal and external stakeholders. Position and defend our products and solutions with the technical decision makers.
- Assist the team in creating of RFP and solution documents
- Conduct Daily Operational standups Client management to improve customer experience and customer retention manage timely data collection (when required) to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets reduce cost per unit eliminate errors etc.
- Take complete ownership of live deployments at client premises including site surveys configuration & installation of hardware training & handholding of end users postdeployment operational & technical support & enhance overall customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Competitor analysis create technical comparisons with competing products and technologies
- Understand the market requirements and help the sales to drive the technical strategy and provide inputs to R&D for product roadmap and improvements

- Love thinking broadly about problems and thinking creatively about how to solve them efficiently.
- You can usually think on your feet and find that exciting! Love interacting with people and can communicate very well in both English Hindi. Obviously a plus if you know other languages.
- A1 presentation skills period.
- Excited for a frontrow seat into a fast growing early stage company. Enjoy thinking through tradeoffs with mindfulness of shortterm needs and our longterm direction.
- Willing to travel extensively locally and should have 2 wheeler with license Happy to get hands on and organize stuff on the ground. You should be someone for whom seamless coordination between different departments & people is second nature.
- You are extremely selfdriven and care about doing a good job and improving your craft. You have a growth mindset can keep up with the latest trends in your area and suggest enhancements based on these.
- Most importantly youre the kind of person who is friendly approachable ready to help others and personally keen to put your best foot forward and mentor others.
- A LOT of enthusiasm and drive to consistently exceed expectations.
Technically these are some of the things we would like for you to have to be able to contribute effectively in this kind of a position
- Efficient use of Google Suite and MS Office
- Good project management operations management & supply chain management skills. Decent but assertive presentation skills.
- Good understanding of basic config & troubleshooting of routers/modems via laptops should be comfortable working around electrical & electronic components.
- B.Tech/B.E graduate with a passion for electronics and IoT
