As a visionaryled company were seeking an Office Manager to become the backbone of our shop; managing daily operations streamlining processes and ensuring both our team and customers have seamless experiences.

What Youll Do


As the Operations Manager youll wear many hats acting as the integrator who ensures all parts of our shop are running like a welloiled machine. Your responsibilities will include:


Scheduling & Production Coordination

  • Manage all scheduling for production installation team assignments and sales calls.
  • Proactively communicate schedules resolve conflicts and eliminate bottlenecks to maintain efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and timelines ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

Customer Interaction

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls and shop visits delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Address client inquiries provide updates on project statuses and resolve any concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster trust and repeat business.

Team Management & Leadership

  • Oversee the daily operations of the shop ensuring everyone stays aligned and focused on priorities.
  • Conduct regular checkins with the team to provide guidance feedback and support.
  • Cultivate a positive collaborative work environment that motivates the team to excel.

Administrative & Process Improvement

  • Handle administrative tasks such as payroll invoicing and project tracking.
  • Create implement and refine systems and processes that streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Work closely with the visionary leader to align operational goals with company objectives.

What Youll Bring


Experience & Skills

  • 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role preferably in a related industry (vehicle wraps auto body shops graphic design or print production).
  • A proactive problemsolving mindset with a knack for identifying inefficiencies and creating solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple schedules and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in customerfacing situations.
  • Leadership capabilities to inspire manage and hold a team accountable.
  • Techsavvy with experience using scheduling or project management tools (Monday Go HighLevel etc..


Preferred Qualifications

  • A college degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field is a bonus.
