- Contribute to employer branding activities.
- Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Team to ensure consistency and best practices across all recruitment activities.

- Have proven experience in highvolume / bulk recruitment in high turnover environment (Ex. Customer service Production).
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian job market.
- Have a high level of proficiency in Excel.
- Possess strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Are skilled in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Have excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Approach challenges with a quick clever and solutionoriented mindset always ready to think outside the box.
- Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Show adaptability and flexibility in handling changing priorities and demands.
- Possess strong negotiation and influencing skills.
