Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Senior Manager to join one of the fastestgrowing accounting firms in the industry. The ideal candidate will bring extensive tax expertise strong leadership skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of clients providing expert tax advice and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of approximately 10 tax professionals.
- Review and approve tax filings and deliverables to maintain highquality standards.
- Stay updated on tax legislation changes and advise clients accordingly.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor.
- Assist in business development activities including identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- CPA license required.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Senior Manager role within tax management.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations compliance and best practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Salary: $150K$180K
