Bilingual (Spanish and English) fluent is preferred. MUST HAVE LEGAL WORK AUTHORIZATION.

A typical day at one of our spa and fitness front desks
As an NFC Amenity Fitness Front Desk Associate you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area where you are the first person residents and guests interact with when they arrive at the facility. Our Fitness Front Desk Associates are the heart of the operation. After warmly welcoming the guests you will ensure they receive an exceptional memorable experience from the moment they arrive at the fitness center to the time they leave.
Ultimately your priority is to make our residents and guests feel at home simply by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation.
Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:
- You will ensure a smooth operation and service experience by effectively communicating with each of your team members management and guests.
- Warmly welcome members residents and guests as they enter the facility making them feel valued and appreciated.
- Efficiently handle checkins including verifying memberships IDs processing payments for services.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly providing information about our services class schedules and other inquiries.
- Advise and remind guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
- Address guests concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner escalating to management if necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including the front desk and workout area.
- Maintain coffee station and laundry.
- Schedule spa services.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and services to assist guests effectively.
- Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
- Enjoy interacting with the guests and residents.
We are looking for a candidate who works well alone and enjoys a fastpaced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming is a must! The pay rate is $16.00 per hour and we have WEEKLY PAY! We are interviewing for the following shifts:
- Sunday 9am5pm
- Wednesday 3pm7pm
- Thursday 3pm7pm
- Saturday 9am5pm
