About the Role
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our busy Corporate Support team. This role is located in Forrestfield (near the new train station) in purpose built modern facilities with onsite parking in a supportive team environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment. For the right candidate TCWA will consider parttime school hours.
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
- Taking the lead with endtoend recruitment from sourcing and attracting candidates to offering and onboarding new hires
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and align TCWAs recruitment strategies to meet their needs
- Provide advice and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
- Ensure legal compliance will all aspects of recruitment/HR practices
- Prepare all new starter documentation and onboard all new employees proficiently
- Have the capacity to assist with other HR related duties
- Demonstrate that you are able to work autonomously whilst overseeing the end to end recruitment process
- Extensive recruitment experience
- Possess selfmotivation and discipline when working independently whilst being able to work collaboratively with a small team
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and the ability to apply your knowledge consistently throughout your daily duties
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities on a daily basis
