We are looking to add a reliable and customerfriendly Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to support our team. This role involves assisting customers with repair requests
supporting the sales team and handling administrative tasks such as purchase orders and shipping labels. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have strong organizational skills wed love to hear from you!
Pay $15/hr
Shift Monday Friday 11am 4pm
Weekly Pay!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with creating and scheduling repair tickets
Provide customer service and support
Help the sales department by creating orders when needed
Create and send purchase orders to vendors as required
Generate shipping labels for outgoing shipments
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word & Excel
Strong customer service and communication skills
