Kinsley is offering a $25000 signon bonus for an experienced ALevel Generator Technician in Boston. The optimal candidate will have 10 years of generator field service experience on units ranging from 10kW to 1500kW.

Generator Field Service Technician Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Extensive experience in performing preventative maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting diagnostic testing loadbank testing and startups on generators.
- Skilled in preparing accurate repair quotes and completing/submitting work orders promptly.
- Capable of conducting major engine repairs and overhauls with precision.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to participate in an oncall rotating schedule for emergency service.
- Must possess and maintain a comprehensive set of tools including a multimeter handtools etc.
- Strong commitment to safety with an OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Possession of a valid DOT Card (or ability to obtain one) and a valid drivers license.
Signon Bonus Stipulations: The bonus will be paid in two $12500 installments: one upon hire and the other after 6 months. To be eligible candidates must hold a current EGSA Journeyman Certification and/or score over 90 on the inperson KPS technician assessment exam and live within 30 minutes to downtown Boston.
