This is a hybrid role with 3 office days our Durrington office is close to train stations and bus routes so dont worry about transport!
Your working hours will be 07:30am 16:00 Monday to Wednesday and 07:30 15:00 on Thursdays and Friday.
Working within Southern Waters Operational control Planning & Scheduling team at Durrington the job holder is responsible for coordination and management of Work Orders in line with their respective individual service level targets creating weekly plans to achieve completion within set timeframe in line with available resource.
Through the use of the Work Planner module in Ellipse you will prepare weekly work plans to be handed over to schedulers within the team in line with service level targets. Engaging with field management team to ascertain individual needs and priorities to be considered when constructing plans you will also work closely with Infrastructure team regularly to gain an understanding of changes to internal maintenance manuals requirements of work order completion and frequent reviews of priorities of work orders to ensure smooth profiling of work is created throughout the year.
You need to accurately record all information necessary to resolve all open Work Orders incidents issues or complaints including accurate classification to enable logical prioritisation around plan creation. This includes the recording of management performance data supporting routine Planner activity within the Scheduler Hub Database and on key reporting documents.
You will continuously monitor action and escalate workload and profiling issues and/or incidents as appropriate to achieve agreed service levels targets as well as individual performance measures of both Planning & Scheduling and Field Operations staff. Being a confident communicator you will be able to provide input to performance review meetings with internal delivery functions particularly focussed at individual and/or site specific issues that may adversely affect service to the customer.
