Hiring for Sheet metal Press & Fabrication auto Component Products Manufacturing Industry
Position: InCharge Maintenance
Salary Package: 5to6 LPA
Experience: 6 to 10 Yrs
Job Profile:
- Planning Project Plant & Machinery Equipment Utility services.
- PreventiveMaintenanceof (Press & Fabrication shop) machines. Ensure PM as per plan.
- Ensure zero breakdowns. Initiate implement and monitor NCs CA / PA for breakdowns.
- Review CA/ PA. Review Breakdown analysis.
- Maintain list and define methodology for Identification of machines / plant facilities.
- Provide support in TPM activities (PM Pillar activities / TBM / CBM / OEE / MTTR / MTBF).
- Ensure requirement of personnel safety measures duringmaintenanceactivity.
- Identify requirements of critical spares and maintain.
- Managing various materials engineering and commercial aspects for project &maintenanceitems.
- LowCost Automation.
- Upkeep of housekeeping and safety practices.
- Onjob training of assistants / Operators.
- Liasoning with MIDC MSEB MPCB & other external agencies for related work.
Candidate profile
- Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical)
- Exposure inPress shop Fabrication ShopMaintenance.
- Experience in a relevant field.
