Radiology (Casual)
Ashland WI
PRACTICE SPECIFICS:
- Diagnostic Radiologist needed to provide onsite coverage on an asneeded basis
- Ideal practice for work/life balance! Typical workday is 8:00 AM 4:30 PM. No call no weekends.
- Fantastic location to call home.
- Solo radiology practice in smaller community (where your expertise is sought after and valued) with the consultation support from a nearby group of 16 radiologists in Duluth Minnesota (about 1 hours west of Ashland)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent general radiology skills including mammography stereotactic biopsies and procedures in fluoroscopy and ultrasound.
- Basic general interventional capability including paracentesis and thoracentesis
- BE/BC Radiology
LOCATION:
- Ashland is a progressive small town on the south shore of Lake Superior
- 70 miles east of Duluth MN; 200 miles northeast of Minneapolis/St. Paul; 300 miles northwest of Madison
- Ashland population: 9000; Regional service area: 64000
- Live in the town and walk to work or find that affordable dream house on one of hundred nearby lakes
- Sail or motor to the nearby Apostle Islands National Lakeshore
- Cultural activities abound in the area including summer music festivals and a thriving local artist community

COMPENSATION:
- $250/Hour Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses quality incentives or productionbased compensation.
