We are now looking for a passionate Midlevel Analytics Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Data Team.
Your role in a team:
- Collaboration: Perform in a subteam of 4 analytics engineers and in a total of 7 ppl data team fostering the culture of personal and collective continuous learning and growth.
- Handson Analytics Engineering: Actively participate in data transformation migrating to dbt and implementing best practices.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration with Product Marketing Sales Operations and departmental analysts to provide datadriven insights.
- Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure data privacy security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Promote DataDriven Culture: Advocate for a datadriven culture organizationwide promoting data literacy and decisionmaking based on data insights.
What you need to be successful:
- 3 years of handson experience in analytics engineering or business intelligence.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and a strong track record of writing and optimizing complex queries.
- Excellent knowledge in dbt (Data Build Tool) for data modeling and transformation.
- Profound knowledge of Python for scripting and data manipulation.
- Experience with code versioning tools particularly Git.
- Familiarity with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with dlt and/or Metabase is a plus.
- Experienced in current cloud based data technologies
Communication Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in project management.

- Data Lead 4 Analytics Engineers 2 Data Engineers 3 BI Analysts dedicated to Marketing Sales Operations department.
