A Day in the Life of a Home Health Aide (HHA/NAR/CNA)
As a Home Health Aide you will be a vital part of the home care and hospice team working alongside nurses and therapists to assist patients with daily living activities that enhance their comfort safety and independence. You will provide essential personal care assist with mobility and support patients emotional wellbeing. Your keen observation and communication skills will help ensure changes in a patients condition are promptly addressed. Every day presents new opportunities to build meaningful connections improve patients quality of life and create a warm and supportive home environment. Qualifications
Education and Experience
Required
- American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Valid MN Drivers License
- Completion of a home health training and competency evaluation or competency evaluation
- MN Registered Nursing Assistant
Preferred
- Previous home care experience
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience in this role. Please be sure to include all applicable experience in your application.
