Roles and Responsibilities
Service Development Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound service inquiries via phone email and internet leads professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule service appointments optimizing shop load and efficiency.
- Conduct outbound calls for service reminders customer followups and campaigns.
- Provide knowledgeable and credible information to customers regarding service needs and appointments.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to manage their expectations throughout the service process.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any servicerelated concerns.
Qualifications:
- 1 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership preferably in a service BDC or sales BDC setting.
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and sales processes and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other business development tools.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Valid Class 5 drivers license required.
