HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT EMPLOYMENT SERVICES SECTION JOINT ADMINISTRATION OFFICE WHITTIER

As a Human Resources Analyst you will play a critical role in recruiting assessing and selecting the best candidates to support LACSDs essential services. You will apply your expertise in job analysis employment test development recruitment strategy and selection methodologies to ensure a fair effective and meritbased hiring process. Your contributions will directly impact the Districts ability to attract and retain the skilled professionals who help advance sustainable solutions for the communities we serve in Los Angeles County.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

In addition to the minimum qualifications stated above the ideal candidate also possesses:
  • Experience in recruitment test development job analysis and selection processes within a public sector civil service or merit system environment
  • A bachelors or masters degree in industrial/organization psychology or related field
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) HRIS and assessment software
