The Inventory Manager is tasked with overseeing inventory control and managing stock levels. This role involves maintaining detailed records tracking inventory trends and coordinating with other departments mainly the sales department to maintain smooth operations. The Inventory Manager ensures that the companys inventory system is efficient and the pricing of all components is up to date. Duties and responsibilities - Inventory Control:
- Maintain accurate inventory pricing through Quantum system.
- Implement and maintain an effective inventory tracking system using inventory management software like Quantum and the internal UAM system.
- Stock Management:
- Manage stock pricing and control the parts sold on a daily basis.
- Update the pricing system on a weekly basis for all components categories.
- Recommend what components that must be sold in OH or SV condition instead of selling it directly in AR Condition.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports on inventory by Aircraft Type change in pricing and forecasts for future demand.
- Work with sales and other departments to ensure inventory costs are wellmanaged and align with the companys financial goals.
- Adhoc Reporting Requests:
- Any Adhoc requests as instructed by the sales and business development managers.
Qualifications - Experience in inventory management and aviation component pricing.
- Preferred knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. Quantum ILS Aeroxchange Systems).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Leadership abilities to support a team and drive performance.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
