ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking Therapeutic Care Workers experienced in delivering traumainformed therapeutic care to (Youth) children young people and/or families to join CASPAs Therapeutic Residential Care Team on a casual or parttime basis supporting the exciting expansion of services throughout Townsville Queensland.
This position requires passion and skills in providing activities routines and residential supports that nurture the development of emotional regulation problem solving skills and social competencies to inspire positive growth in the lives of children young people and families associated with CASPAs leading services.

Our programs include Therapeutic Intensive Residential Care Intensive Family Preservation Therapeutic Foster Care Restoration and other associated care types we are a registered NDIS provider and operate a social enterprise Maintenance and repairs business. Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks and a valid drivers licence are requirements for employment at CASPA. Working with Children checks will be required for frontline roles in direct contact with Young People.
