Job Description
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to hire Ivalua Consultant IT who is based out of in Chennai location.
Reporting to Senior Manager & the role involves
What a typical day looks like:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs objectives and requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Create detailed documentation including business requirements process flows use cases and user stories.
Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure proper implementation.
Facilitate workshops meetings and interviews to elicit information from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Analyze data to identify trends patterns and insights that can inform business decisions.
Develop prototypes or mockups to visualize solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Assist in creating test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.
Provide support during the testing phase addressing any issues and ensuring that solutions meet the defined requirements.
Collaborate with project managers developers designers and other team members to ensure project success.
Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to track their effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
Any Bachelor or Master degree with 26 of of experience in IT
Min 2Yrs of exp in Ivalua.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a relevant industry.
Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in documenting requirements using tools such as use cases user stories process flows and wireframes.
Familiarity with business analysis methodologies frameworks and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP CCBA) is desirable but not mandatory.
Knowledge of specific domain or industry trends relevant to the organization is beneficial.
