About the role

We are looking for a growthoriented techsavvy and analytically minded Project Manager. You will work closely with other business (f.e. Supply and Marketing) and technical stakeholders (f.e. Engineers and Product Managers) to innovate on our landscape set out project plans and execute against them perform analytical deep dives and maintain the quality and completeness of this data.

About the team

The Merchandising & Content team is responsible for maintaining content quality at a large scale and improving browsing structures so customers can find unforgettable experiences and book with confidence. Together with our Product and Marketing stakeholders we bring to life our overall vision to provide a joyful intuitive and inspiring search and discovery experience. You will specialize in the exciting space of locations structure (countries destinations Points of Interest etc. that every part of our site is built on.

Your responsibilities:

• Take on and innovate upon our data management processes to bring better data structure and quality at an everincreasing scale.
• Analyzing data to uncover opportunities and structure projects to act on them both independently and by leveraging our scaled operations team.
• Balancing competing needs of our data users to find the best solutions for their needs
• Coordinating with technical counterparts on developing customer and supplierfacing tools and metrics to measure and improve the quality of our ecommerce content and locations infrastructure.
• Creating proposals to test validate and scale content optimizations that impact customer experience on both sides of our marketplace (i.e. travelers and suppliers).

Your Profile:

• 23 years 46 for Sr) of relevant professional experience in a fastpaced builtforscale environment.
• Relevant experience could be in Product Management Project Management or Business/Product Analysis or Consulting.
• A selfstarter with excellent commercial acumen nothing holds you back from executing with a testandlearn mindset and ability to break down complex problems.
• Customer focus being able to empathize with our customers and see our marketplace through their eyes (both suppliers and travelers).
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and communicate clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
• Knowledge of SQL and Looker (or similar BI tools) is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and written/verbal communication skills in English.
