Key Responsibilities

• Governance and Process Improvement:
• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Continuously assess and improve procurement processes to enhance effectiveness and reduce costs.
• Ensure procurement activities are aligned with company policies and industry best practices.
• Vendor Relationship Management:
• Manage endtoend vendor relationships including selection negotiation and contract management.
• Establish strategic partnerships with suppliers for PAN India projects to ensure longterm collaboration and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure highquality supply and service levels.
• Strategic Procurement and Cost Management:
• Forecast market trends to identify opportunities for strategic tieups and price hedging.
• Identify and source new materials that contribute to cost reduction and profitability.
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive pricing.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Streamline procurement processes across 70 projects to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Guide and support zonal teams in daytoday procurement activities providing expertise and oversight.
• Implement agile procurement practices to respond quickly to project needs and market changes.
• Reporting and Benchmarking:
• Prepare and publish detailed management reports on procurement activities performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
• Benchmark procurement practices against industry standards to position the company as a leader in procurement excellence.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the procurement team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support overall business objectives and project success.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and strategic procurement initiatives.
• Ability to forecast market trends and make informed procurement decisions.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
