Join Our Team as an Accounting Clerk!
Were looking for a detailoriented and dependable Accounting Clerk to support our finance team with daytoday bookkeeping and accounting tasks. If youre organized enjoy working with numbers and thrive in a collaborative environment wed love to hear from you. This role is a great opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a supportive and fastpaced team.
What You Will Do:
- Manage for Accounts Payable for Canadian Subsidiary
- Manage Accounts Receivable for Canadian Subsidiary
- Support the Accounting team with basic booking services (Reconciliations Basic Journal Entries)
- Support Sales Tax filings for Canadian Subsidiary
- Support projects for process improvement and cross function collaboration
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Do You Have:
- Bachelors degree in a businessrelated field or a minimum of 5 years of relevant bookkeeping experience as a substitute for a degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a teamoriented environment
- A proactive problemsolving mindset with a willingness to work crossfunctionally across departments
- NetSuite/SalesForce experience is a plus
