Job Description
Our card grading service from CGC uses worldclass expertise cuttingedge technology and operational excellence to join the other Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) companies in quickly becoming the leader in its category.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Researches identifies and authenticates collectible trading cards and sports cards
- Assesses the condition quality and furthermore grades the item using established standards
- Meets established production goals while maintaining superior grading standards
- Entry of grading data into computer system
- Comprehensive knowledge of Trading Card required
- Expansive knowledge as it relates to card printing including printing processes variants and errors
- 1 3 years of direct grading experience as a card grader or as a dealer/collector with extensive grading submission history
- Detail oriented with the ability to detect counterfeit and altered cards with a high level of accuracy
- Maintains the highest level of integrity
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills to achieve production goals and maximize productivity
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally as business needs arise
