Job Description
We provide customers with a wide range of fullservice support from black box design concepts to highly engineered composites TPEs and TPOs as well as specialized extrusion and compression technologies.
Job Description
- Accurately process and transmit hourly payroll on a weekly basis.
- Records changes affecting net wages such as exemptions insurance coverage and loan payments for each employee to update master payroll records.
- Assist in plant workers compensation program including accident investigation maintenance of the OSHA log and accident reporting to the insurance carrier.
- Maintain accurate attendance records for all hourly associates and prepare disciplinary writeups as necessary.
- Maintain good employee relations through effective communication and prompt attention to associate concerns.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions for all plant personnel.
- Provide key HR input into the development of plant and department strategy goals.
- Bachelors degree from a fouryear college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
