Job Summary:
The Site Operations Manager manages local scheduling and realtime operations to facilitate and maximize use of resources (human and automated) to achieve customer satisfaction productivity schedule adherence andsitespecificfinancial goals/metrics. The Operations Manager is a management and leadership role focused on the employees equipment and operations of the business. All Jet Vac employees will report directly to the Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will report to the Branch Manager and be responsible for assisting in the direct oversight of all business operations. This is a Jet Vac focused position in that the Operations Manager must be able to effectively lead the Jet Vac Division of the branch and understand that side of the business in its entirety. This position will regularly require a varying schedule outside of normal business hours out in the field and in the office.
Salary Range: Starting at $75000 *Based on Experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities of personnel equipmentcorresponding to line(s) of business services
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position
- Directly responsible for Jet Vac prestart planning and meetings
- Oversee daily activities of scheduling and dispatch of Site Services including calling and meeting with customers as required
- Directly responsible for daily job and tracking job(s) progress
- Coordinate daily activities to maximize scheduling and realtime utilization of resources; analyze and recommend parttime flexibleand fulltime employee mix to deliver site services.
- Perform all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assigned
- Ensure proper on the job and safety training of personnel assigned
- Communicate areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assigned
- Determine appropriate standards of performance as a basis to review progress of personnel assigned
- Implement employee disciplinary measures seeking support and guidance from management and human resources as required
- Interface with general management to ensure smooth coordination of daily operations; providing input on local conditions and enacting contingency plans as needed Notify and escalate customer issues to management as warranted
- Escalate and direct operational activities when problems arise conduct analysis of problems to provide input for future process improvements
- Review ongoing operational results to targets take corrective measures as needed
- Participate in daily weekly monthly and annual planning process as appropriate
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster aid promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate to maximum employee morale productivity and efficiency/effectiveness
- Project a favorable image of the company to enhance public recognition and promote company services provided
- Support staffing process working with Regional Recruiters to fill open positions for the site
- Assist in development and maintaining proper staffing levels against site demand for services
- Work with the maintenance shop to ensure sufficient equipment is ready and able to meet the demands of the customer
- Implement ongoing safety program in accordance with company safety programs and guidelines
- Recommends salary adjustments. transfers promotions and dismissals
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant industry related experience preferred
- 3 years of Jet Vac experience
- 3 years of Supervisory/Management experience
- Technical Capacity Problem Solving/Analysis Customer/Client Focus Decision Making Project Management Communication Proficiency Teamwork Orientation.
- Software skills for use of routing tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel required.
- Operate computer and keyboard; able to use phone; sit for long periods; communicate using speechhearingand vision skills.
- Moderate lifting up to 50 lbs.; moderate reaching pushing pulling gripping and grasping. Ability to stand/sit for a full shift in addition to walking climbing stairs squatting and bending as required.
- Valid CDL B Drivers License required
- Expertise in Jet Vac repairs CCTV jetting inspecting and related equipment preferred
- Working knowledge and understanding of KPI reports data metrics P&L management preferred
