Job Description
You will work closely with the project team subcontractors and suppliers to accurately measure and value the work carried out monitor costs and ensure compliance with contractual terms. Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor preferably with site experience
- Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and regulations
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software like WinQS or CCS Candy
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
