The Parts Coordinator/Warehouse Associate processes inbound material shipments distribution of parts and materials and helps maintain inventory accuracy. Will include offloading trucks material movement deliveries parts pickup and cycle counting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Comprehend and perform all duties in accordance with rules regulations and JSAs.
- Forklift operation. This will include moving heavy and large material along with standard palletized boxed and loose material/parts.
- Picking material and parts as requested for scheduled work. Maintain accurate records of order picking.
- Returning unused material to stock. This includes proper identification measurement and job origin.
- Package and/or palletize outbound parts and materials.
- Receive inventory parts attach work orders to relevant parts process receiving paperwork.
- Keep working areas clean
- Perform equipment checks
- Other duties as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Two or more years of experience in forklift operation material handling and shipping/receiving operations.
- Skills:
- Forklift operation. Telehandler experience a plus.
- Basic computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Fabrication material identification. Metalworking knowledge a plus.
- Inventory operations including cycle count.
- Ability to pass a hair follicle drug test postoffer preemployment physical and background check.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class A CDL License
