The Role
Were reintroducing our Multisensory Structured Language (MSL) program grounded in OrtonGillingham principles and the Slingerland Approach. Were looking for the right person to lead this worksomeone who understands structured literacy and believes deeply in the potential of all learners.

What Youll Do

Lead and develop the Student Support program across all grade levels
Deliver MSLbased instruction to students with languagebased learning needs
Use OrtonGillingham and Slingerland methods including explicit handwriting instruction (manuscript and cursive) to strengthen kinesthetic pathways
Support general education teachers with classroom strategies accommodations and progress monitoring
Develop and manage student learning plans and diagnostic tools
Promote the use of multisensory practices across all content areas
Collaborate with families and outside providers to support student growth
Help shape a program thats responsive rigorous and compassionate

What You Bring

Training or certification in OrtonGillingham Slingerland or MSLbased instruction
Experience working with students who have dyslexia or other learning differences
Strong grasp of structured literacy: phonology orthography morphology syntax semantics
A clear direct instructional style grounded in evidencebased practice
Ability to collaborate with teachers specialists and families
A heart for Catholic education and a commitment to inclusive learning
