Job Type: FullTime
Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance Management:
- Oversee and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and protocols in all production processes.
2. Documentation Control:
- Maintain and manage all qualityrelated documentation including SOPs batch records and quality manuals.
3. Product Testing:
- Conduct and supervise rigorous testing of products to ensure they meet all quality standards and specifications.
4. Compliance Monitoring:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality policies.
5. Audit Preparation:
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits addressing any noncompliance issues effectively.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in quality processes and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.
7. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with production R&D and other departments to integrate quality assurance into all aspects of operations.
8. Training and Development:
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Chemistry or a related field.
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
