Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Growth share.market to help scale the stock Broking business rapidly in a sustainable manner. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and executing growth initiatives around customer activation that drive measurable results. This role reports to the CEO and works closely with the cross functional leadership team to develop and implement growth initiatives with primary focus on bringing new Investors and Traders to the Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze key metrics to evaluate and validate growth initiatives
• Develop execute and manage growth strategies to drive user acquisition activation retention
• Create tests and experiments to positively influence customer acquisition conversion retention and lifetime value
• Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior and needs
• Create tests and experiments to positively influence customer acquisition customer conversion customer retention and customer lifetime value
• Strategizing ways to grow a companys marketing presence across channels and drive growth
• Build growth strategies identify key growth metrics and opportunities and work to implement campaigns or strategies that will help the company achieve these metrics. Leverage analytical tools to track the success of these strategies constantly testing and review them
• Manage team provide mentorship and guidance to drive quality and innovation. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team

Key Requirements

• 10 years of experience in growth roles. Or having Broking Industry experience exclusively.
• Excellent analytical leadership prioritization and project management skills
• Experience of working with Product Engineering Research Marketing and Analytics teams
• Ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and work with diverse teams to achieve business growth objectives
• Uptodate with financial markets regulatory changes and industry trends particularly in the Indian Capital Markets context
• Good to have: Experience working in growth roles in Capital Markets ecosystem specifically Stock Broking in India
