Key Responsibilities:
Technical Management:
Review customer specifications and confirm the project scope based on specifications and sales quotations.
Create and manage technical specifications for Thermal Oxidizer systems.
Prepare procurement inquiry packages evaluate technical bids and issue order packages for equipment.
Oversee vendor drawing and data review ensuring timely approvals and updates.
Project Coordination:
Planning monitoring and controlling projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with clients Zeeco Headquarters global offices and subvendors for smooth project .
Maintain detailed project documentation including ISO audit compliance and HAZOP/SIL participation.
Expedite vendor deliveries and manage communication for ontime supply to the project site.
Quality and Risk Management:
Monitor and control deliverables to meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
Mitigate technical and commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure internal and external deliverables align with project timelines and budget.
Financial Oversight:
Track project costs to maintain alignment with budgets and maximize project margins.
Support timely invoicing and collections to maintain project cash flow.
Team Collaboration:
Promote collaboration among crossfunctional teams to achieve project objectives.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist with sales and quotation efforts for Thermal Oxidizer systems.
Travel domestically and internationally to attend project meetings or site visits.
Perform other duties as assigned aligned with skills and experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
7 to 15 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role preferably in Thermal Oxidizer systems or related fields.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles design standards and Thermal Oxidizer technology.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Project) Adobe and webbased contract management tools.
Experience in project planning and monitoring using scheduling tools.
Excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with ISO standards HAZOP/SIL procedures and QA/QC documentation is an asset.
Willingness to travel for meetings inspections or site visits as required.
