Job Description
The Amberton Beach Bar & Kitchen is a premier beachfront dining venue. Perched 16 metres above sea level it offers spectacular views of the Indian Ocean whilst dining on a modern Australian seasonal menu that emphasises farm to table concepts with quality produce and flavours.
What the role is about:
- Ensures that all dishwasher machinery is working efficiently and that all chemicals being used are safely stored and handled.
- Receiving and putting away food deliveries in compliance with Health and safety standards.
- Assisting chefs with food preparation
- Keep all food and serving areas clean and dry.
- Washing and putting away dishes.
- Leave all work areas clean and tidy at the end of each shift.
- Flexible working hours
Who we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Hard working and reliable.
- Ability to contribute to a happy safe and healthy working environment.
- Food Safe Handlers certificate.
