Job Description
Health Care Transportation Associate
InGenesis is seeking a Healthcare Transportation Associate to work with our client. In this role you will be responsible for timely delivery of the Mobile Clinic to its daily destination(s). Once the Mobile Clinic has been driven and delivered to the destination you will operate as part of the care team performing a variety of clerical functions.

Job Duties:
- Provides transportation of Mobile Clinic to and from established sites.
- Operation of generator and other onboard systems.
- Completes daily predeparture setup and end of day checklists.
- Register patients for appointments.
- Confirm and update patient demographics in medical information system.
- Calculate charges collect patient payments and balance monies with daily receipts per clinic protocol.
- Enters data into required computer programs accurately and efficiently.
- Work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and overtime as necessary working in multiple locations in Santa Clara and Alameda Counties.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required education experience training:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three months medical office experience or similarly related experience in customer service setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Preferred education experience training:
- Oneyear community health or public health experience
- Medical practice management system
- Bilingual; Spanish highly desirable
Certifications/Licenses:
- Access to reliable transportation.
- CA Drivers License (must pass drivers preinsurance CA State and FBI background checks).
