Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Client reporting monthly and quarterly standard and custom reporting
- Asset and internal client portfolio reporting
- Accounts Payable and Receivable processing
- Corporate financial statement preparation and reporting
- Investment consultant database management
- Client Onboarding
- Client cash flow activity monitoring and posting
- Facilitating client/advisor requests
- Updating procedure documentation and seeking process improvement
- Additional finance and operations responsibilities depending on experience
Qualifications:
- 15 years experience in investment management industry operations finance experience or client service experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems in a fastpaced environment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly developed organizational skills ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments
- Bachelors degree preferably in Accounting or Finance
- Knowledge of financial markets and economic concepts
- Flexible in terms of daily schedule/responsibilities
- eVestment Omni and other institutional consultant databases
- Bloomberg and FactSet
- Excellent Microsoft Excel Word & PowerPoint skills
