Job Summary:
Washington Chevy is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team in Washington Pennsylvania. As a Body Shop Estimator you will play a crucial role in serving our customers by providing accurate and timely collision repair estimates. This is a FullTime position with a competitive base salary and commission structure in the automotive industry. This role requires attention to detail strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive annual base salary of $45000 to $80000 depending on experience
Commission structure for each repair estimate

Responsibilities:
Review and assess damage to vehicles brought in for collision repairs
Consult and communicate with customers insurance adjusters and technicians to gather information for accurate estimates
Estimate repair costs and provide detailed breakdowns of parts and labor required for each repair
Utilize industry software and knowledge of automotive parts to ensure estimates are costeffective and realistic
Consistently provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the collision repair process
Maintain accurate records of all estimates and repair orders
Keep current with industry trends and changes in repair techniques
Requirements:
2 years of experience as a Collision Estimator in the automotive industry with Pa Damage Appraisers License
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of automotive parts and repair techniques
Experience with industry software such as CCC One and Mitchell is preferred
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
