Duties & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial health of the organization ensuring effective management of financial operations reporting and analysis.
- Lead and manage the finance team to achieve financial goals and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize business performance.
- Ensure the integrity of financial reporting compliance with local and international accounting standards and accuracy of financial statements.
- Oversee inventory management cost control and asset management processes.
- Provide strategic input into budgeting forecasting and financial planning.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including auditors and regulatory bodies.
Experience and Skills Required
- CA(SA) qualification is a nonnegotiable requirement.
- 510 years of experience in a financial management role with at least 23 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in the manufacturing industry with specific expertise in inventory management and cost accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial systems processes and controls.
