Ready to take a LEAP Pernod Ricard is looking for an ERP Authorization Specialist to contribute to the overall shaping and delivery of our nextgeneration ERP authorization strategydriving maximum convergence standardization and when needed local customization.
This role encompasses a comprehensive view of our current practices while fostering alignment toward our future target remaining open to external best market practices. You will focus on defining and managing access control within our ERP ecosystemensuring secure efficient and compliant authorization models that balance security and user experience. You will be based at The Island our office in central Paris.
Your key missions
- You will define and implement authorization strategies & compliance ensuring alignment with regulations (e.g. SOX GDPR) and internal security policies.
- You will design maintain and optimize rolebased access controls (RBAC) user provisioning and segregation of duties (SoD) to safeguard our ERP environment.
- You will act as a key liaison between business users IT and security teams to align authorization requirements with business processes drive system enhancements and manage accessrelated risks.

- You have strong ERP Authorization & Security expertise (RBAC SoD) plus solid regulatory & compliance knowledge (GDPR ISO 27001.
- You are skilled at stakeholder management & communication possess strong problemsolving abilities in risk management and have experience with process automation and system enhancements.
