A day in the life
As a Senior Producer youll play a pivotal role in bringing the show to life by infusing innovative and creative ideas ensuring that fresh and engaging content is delivered onair. Youll collaborate with the team to ensure every show resonates with our audience and stays ahead of the curve.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching and supporting other producers as guided by the Executive Producer/Content Director fostering a collaborative and highperformance environment.
- Staying in tune with the local market by monitoring competitor activities regularly to keep the show relevant and competitive.
- Providing valuable insights to the EP/CD and other producers on emerging trends tactics and activities from both local and international competitors.
- Working closely with the CD/EP Network Content Director OnAir Talent and Product Team to align and execute on the content objectives.
- Scouting new talent to build a pipeline of future onair personalities and producers for the network.
In this role youll not only help shape the daily content but also contribute to the longterm growth and direction of the show and network.
What Youll Need
- Experience creating relevant and onbrand content within a metropolitan Radio market
- A genuine passion for Content and a thirst to create innovative and industry leading content
- Selfmotivated and with excellent team working skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with SCAs target audiences
- The ability and an interest to adapt to new industry technology and best practices in Audio
- Experience demonstrating active problem solving and the ability to think on your feet
- An understanding of legal compliance issues with regards to contests including the assessment of risk around legal and PR outcomes
