Job Overview How Youll Contribute:
Do you have a passion for providing an Outstanding Customer Experience Come work for ONYX Automotive as a Greeter! As a Greeter you will act as the Lead for the Service Drive process by helping to coordinate support staff member duties and controlling the flow of traffic through the drive. Your goal will be to provide a warm and welcoming reception for service Customers. This new position will play a critical role within the company as a crucial part of our Service Department. (Pay $16 per hour)
- Prepare appointment packets for incoming Service Customers.
- Prepare appointment log for incoming Service Customers.
- Organize and maintain an inventory of appointment hats for the service drive system.
- Place and move Service Drive cones organize their layout and maintain the inventory.
- Prepare the Service Drive for Customer arrival each day moving or coordinating the movement of any vehicles left in the Service Drive from the previous days business.
- Greet Service guests arriving at the dealership. Locate the guests name on the appointment log and locate the appointment packet associated with that specific guest.
- Direct the flow of guest traffic heading into the Service Drive.
The Schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7am1pm or MondayFriday 3pm6pm.
Qualifications What You Need to be Successful:
- A passion for providing stellar Customer Service.
- High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
- Desire to grow learn and advance within the company.
- Frequently required to stand walk and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Perform bending pushing climbing leaning twisting reaching kneeling crouching and other maneuvers associated with the position.
