Location: Delhi NCR

Role Summary:

As an FMCG Sales Officer you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth building strong relationships with distributors and retailers and ensuring optimal market presence. Your expertise in sales strategy market expansion and client relationship management will directly contribute to the brands success. This position is perfect for someone with a strong FMCG sales background an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets Drive and achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales goals in the assigned territory.
  • Expand Market Presence Identify new business opportunities potential distributors and retail partners to enhance brand reach.
  • Maintain Client Relationships Build and nurture longterm partnerships with distributors retailers and wholesalers to ensure continued business.
  • Ensure Product Availability Work closely with distributors to maintain optimal stock levels and visibility in stores.
  • Implement Sales & Promotional Strategies Collaborate with the marketing team to execute instore activations promotions and campaigns.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences providing insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting & Data Analysis Maintain accurate records of sales performance competitor tracking and customer feedback.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Issue Resolution Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Training & Development Train and mentor sales representatives and distributor teams on product knowledge and effective sales techniques.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or any relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector preferably in a similar role.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels sales processes and market dynamics.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data market trends and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
  • Valid Drivers License: Required for field visits within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage):

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Prior experience in a highgrowth FMCG startup or premium health food brand.
