The Private Equity Partnerships (PEP) team is responsible for Stripes relationships with growth equity and private equity firms. We are looking for someone to lead a team of highperforming Private Equity Partnerships Managers. You will play a critical role in building and managing relationships with top growth and private equity investors with the goal of becoming trusted strategic partners that help drive revenue and profit growth for their portfolio companies.
In this role you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to expand Stripe product use within PEbacked companies to drive portfolio company growth & profitability. Your responsibilities will include identifying appropriate firms to target maintaining executive relationships with PE firms and their portfolio companies to establish new business in those accounts and working closely with the Stripe sales team to drive the daytoday interactions with the portfolio companies in order to build longterm business opportunities. Youll also work closely with product management and marketing teams on strategic initiatives focused on private equity and their portfolios.
You are a strategic thinker and communicator. You have a knack for building from the ground up and are comfortable with ambiguity. You are a self starter and set high standards for yourself and those around you. Youre highly collaborative and work well in team settings but are also comfortable working independently to identify opportunities and to communicate support and defend your position.
