Job Description
Job Title: International Travel Consultant
Location: Moti Nagar
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: 20k to 35K
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Travel Agent to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating international
travel arrangements for clients ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. This role
requires excellent customer service strong organizational skills and indepth knowledge of
global travel destinations regulations and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in planning and booking international travel including flights
accommodations transportation tours and travel insurance.
Provide expert advice on visa requirements travel restrictions and necessary
documentation.
Research and recommend travel destinations based on client preferences and
budgets.
Arrange customized travel itineraries tailored to individual or group needs.
Ensure compliance with international travel regulations and industry standards.
Handle travelrelated emergencies cancellations and rescheduling.
Maintain strong relationships with airlines hotels tour operators and other travel
service providers.
Stay updated on industry trends promotions and travel advisories.
Process payments invoices and ensure accurate documentation for each booking.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications &; Skills:
Proven experience as an International Travel Agent or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of international travel destinations airlines and visa
requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Customer serviceoriented with a keen attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Travel Tourism Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
Certification from IATA ASTA or other relevant travel organizations is a plus.
