Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Protein Biochemist to join our research and development team. The role involves characterizing and purifying proteins supporting our drug discovery pipeline and contributing to experimental design. The ideal candidate will have experience in protein biochemistry purification techniques and analytical methods to support our scientific and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct experiments for protein purification characterization and stability testing.
- Develop optimize and troubleshoot protocols for protein expression and purification.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to advance project timelines and milestones.
- Document and analyze experimental data ensuring accuracy and reproducibility.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to the team.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Biochemistry Molecular Biology or related field with a focus on protein biochemistry.
- Proficiency in protein purification techniques (e.g. chromatography HPLC).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with protein characterization methods (e.g. SDSPAGE mass spectrometry).
