- Developyourselfandyourteam.

- Sourcesinterviewsandhirescandidates;trainsPlayersintheirpositions;delegatesprovidesdirectiontoevaluatescounselsdisciplinesandterminatesPlayersasneeded.
- ProvidesperformancefeedbackandreviewsforCoachesandPlayersandassistswiththeprofessionaldevelopmentoftheirteam.
- WorkseffectivelywiththemanagementteamandPlayers.Usesahighdegreeofinitiativejudgmentanddiscretion.Possessesskillinorganizingworkandachievinggoals&objectives.
- MonitorsPlayerjobperformancefood&laborcostsbudgetssaleslaborpayrolloperationofrestaurantequipmentfood&beveragepreparationstorageinventoryandpresentation;foodandbeverageservice;vendorinvoicesandthefoodorderingsystem;communication/managerlogentries;andcashtransactionscompsvoidsandamountsofcashindrawers.
- Assistswithmarketingstrategyimplementingadvertising&promotionalcampaignstoincreasebusiness.
Skills
