Job Description
Rocky Crest Golf Resort is Hiring!
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the buildings systems including but not limited to security HVAC electrical water fire suppression systems and sewage & waste management. The Maintenance Worker is also directly responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of both inside and outside the building.
Requirements:
- Perform minor repairs to building interiors and exteriors.
- Ensure locker rooms and public areas are clean and presentable.
- Maintenanceof the buildingincluding painting cleaning minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Maintain qualified outside contractors to make necessary repairs as required.
- Assist with eventsetup.
- Work within budget guidelines.
- Ensure the building is a safe well maintained up to code workplaces (fire system checks first aid supplies and safety equipment etc..
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 25 years of related experience in facility or property management.
- Knowledge of electrical plumbing security HVAC systems and fire suppression systems.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strongorganizational skillsto manage competing priorities and balance multiple tasks.
- Basic computer knowledge of MS Office ability to work with reports spreadsheets and other various documents.
- Proven ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously.
This is a seasonal position. Some evenings and weekend shifts required.
