Job Description
A Credit Risk Manager Opportunity.
Duties & Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
- Develop and reviewcredit risk modelsfor provisioning and regulatory capital requirements (IFRS9 scorecards etc..
- Assist with managing projects including planning and quality control.
- Code and automate financial risk management models usingPython R or SAS.
- Lead and mentor junior team members fostering acoaching culturethat encourages growth and innovation.
- Communicate complex quantitative concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience:At least5 yearsin aquantitative credit risk role.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk modelling statistical techniques and modern computing languages Python R and SAS.
- Proven experience in managing small workstreams and coaching junior staff.
- AnHonours or Masters DegreeinQuantitative Finance Mathematics Statistics or equivalent(FRM certification is advantageous).
- Strongorganizational time management and communication skillsin a fastpaced environment.
