Job Description

MHMR is looking for a detailed oriented Health Information Management Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for appropriate and timely: maintenance of stored patient records; preparation of records for external and internal audits; corrections of electronic health records; and releases of information to agency consumer benefits specialists.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
