Job Description
Our client a worldleader in life sciences and diagnostics is looking for a ProjectManager (SAP/ITSM in Pharma/Life Sciences) based out of Indianapolis IN.
Duration: 2 Year Long Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Ensure that all PMOaspects of the Deployment Project(cocreating one harmonized process houseacross the clients enterprise with SAP S/4HANA at its core) are considered understoodand followed.
- Responsible for Methodologies and Governance and to execute PMO processes owns Backlog Management process and tools
- Leads all deploymentPMO activities
- Drives all key PMOactivities associated with the project and works closely with the PMO Lead Deployment Leads technical teams and implementation partner(s) toensure successful delivery of the program.
- Incorporates andenhances functional/project species to ensure milestones are properly linked tooverall milestones(critical path)
- Executes the ChangeControl Process for the respective areas of responsibility
- Risk IssueAssumptions Decisions Management and Scope management
- Schedule Management
- Management of Status& Progress Reporting
- Project Templates andDocumentation Management
- Bachelors or advanced degree in related specialization areas
- Solid ProjectManagement skills with a proven track record in the successful management oflarge project streams
- Demonstrated ability tosuccessfully direct coordinate and strategically integrate multiple streamsof information and activities
- Demonstratedcapabilities in teamwork and leadership on considerable change efforts
- Strength in projectmanagement approaches tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Ability to work acrossmultiple international time zones
Nice to Haves
- Experience in large ITService Management Projects
- Experience in apharmaceutical environment is preferred
