ChickfilA is seeking a Director of Operations a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations strategy and team development. As an Executive Director you will lead and support the team of leaders and Team Members ensuring alignment with ChickfilAs high standards of service quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee restaurant operations leading and managing all operational aspects to ensure efficiency productivity and excellence in Front of House Back of House and Catering.
- Lead and develop a highperforming team by providing strategic direction coaching and mentorship to Directors and department leaders.
- Maintain and enforce ChickfilAs service food safety and brand standards while optimizing restaurant performance.
- Analyze key performance indicators labor costs food costs and customer satisfaction metrics to drive profitability and continuous improvement.
- Champion a culture of exceptional service and hospitality ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.
- Partner with leadership to recruit train and retain top talent fostering a culture of professional growth and leadership development.
- Monitor budgets financial reports and operational costs making datadriven decisions to optimize profitability.
What Were Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in restaurant operations multiunit management or a senior leadership role within food service hospitality or a related industry.
- A bachelors degree in business hospitality or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong ability to lead mentor and develop highperforming teams with a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Experience managing restaurant systems labor scheduling food costs inventory and compliance with operational policies.
- Ability to analyze data drive performance and implement innovative solutions for operational growth.
- A proactive and adaptable leader who thrives in a fastpaced highvolume restaurant environment.
- Passion for servant leadership customer service and operational excellence.
- Ability to work early mornings evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
