Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an ERP Program Manager overseeing largescale implementations.
- Deep expertise in Workday and Sherpa ERP solutions with experience migrating from PeopleSoft.
- Strong project management and governance skills.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple City departments stakeholders and vendors.
- Experience working with government or municipal ERP implementations.
- Knowledge of financial HR and procurement processes in the public sector.
- PMP Workday or relevant ERP certifications preferred.
- Experience leading enterprisewide digital transformation projects.
- ERP implementation expertise (Workday Sherpa and PeopleSoft migration experience).
- Project governance and risk management.
- Stakeholder coordination and change management.
- Financial and resource planning.
- Process optimization and integration experience.
